President and Founder Susanne Kaltsas holds a Master’s Degree as a Licensed Clinical Christian Counselor and Life Coach. She has extensive experience with the elderly and is on the Suburban Essex Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees.

Susanne’s inspiration to start Aging Out Resources Inc. stems from a genuine desire to address the unique needs of three distinct populations: foster care aging out community, the elderly, and businesses. Recognizing the challenges faced by these groups, she embarked on a mission to bring them together and create meaningful connections.

With a deep understanding of the diverse needs within these populations, Susanne is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Her commitment to making a positive impact is evident in her work, where she strives to bridge the gaps and provide care, guidance, and support.
